Shipping and Rates:
J Weber Jewelry offers shipping via UPS. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship overseas and to Canada. Personalized, pre-order or custom items may take longer. Shipping rates will be calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

US Shipping:
Ground $12, 5-7 business days
3 Day Air $18, 3 business days
2 Day Air $25, 2 business days
Next Day Air $40, next business day

Overseas Shipping:
Items shipped overseas are subject to additional charges. These charges will be billed to the purchaser.

Credit Cards:
J Weber Jewelry accepts all major credit cards.

Delivery:
Our jewelry is made to order, therefore we do not guarantee exact ship dates. We prefer to give a 2-3 week shipping window. Please let us know if your request is time sensitive; we will happily work with your needs.

Repair Policy:
J Weber Jewelry will repair our merchandise when necessary. Please email any issues with our product at inquiries@jweberjewelry.com or call 212-714-4600.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely thrilled with your purchase, J Weber Jewelry will happily accept returned merchandise within 14 days, for store credit only. Credit must be used within 1 year of the date the credit was issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applicable to purchases made within the State of New York only. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.
